  We bought three appliances here on the recommendation of our contractor. I wished we hadn't. They specialize in GE appliances so there is a limited selection. The owner was very insistent that we buy models he recommended and we had to insist on the ones we wanted. I had the feeling he was steering us to higher priced items. They do not handle delivery. The company they subcontract with are expensive. They were careful when they delivered the refrigerator but they left with the doors improperly adjusted, and a garage full of cardboard. The first time we used our convection/microwave the door failed to open when the oven was hot. That is when I found out that they have no service department. We're on our own. So I'm sorry we went there. We paid more than full price for poor service, and an appliance that doesn't work right. We should have gone to Barron's Appliances in NH.
